Enlin Xu is a co-founder of Causely, where efforts are focused on creating the IT industry's first causal AI platform to enhance cloud application management. Prior to Causely, Enlin held several key positions at IBM and its acquired company Turbonomic, including Engineering Director and Director of Advanced Engineering, where Enlin led engineering initiatives and contributed to cloud-native solutions, earning 12 granted patents. Enlin's early career included roles as a Senior Engineering Manager and Software Engineer at Turbonomic, where recognition included multiple awards for excellence. Enlin also served as a Teaching Assistant at Columbia University and participated in research projects, winning accolades such as the Vodafone Americas Foundation Wireless Innovation Project. Enlin earned a Master's degree in Computer Science from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
