We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to be responsible for the strategic management of human resources working across the following diverse departments such as HR, IT, Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Logistics etc. In this role, the HR Business Partner collaborates with the management team of each department to provide guidance and support on human resources matters.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate extensively with department heads to gain a deep understanding of their objectives and HR needs.
- Develop and execute human resources strategies tailored to enhance effectiveness, employee development, and retention throughout the divisions.
- Champion and ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and relevant laws and regulations across all departments.
- Offer expert advisory support to departmental management on various HR topics, including development programs, performance assessments, transition management, conflict resolution, and more.
- Actively participate in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for new personnel within all departments.
- Support and oversee compensation and benefits processes for employees.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of training and development initiatives designed to enhance employees' skills and capabilities.
- Identify, address, and resolve workplace challenges and conflicts while adhering to legal requirements and HR procedures.
