Centrick’s ARMA regulated estate management division offers an exceptional quality of service to residential, commercial and mixed-use facilities. Specialising in estate management, we offer highly effective service programmes that are tailored to suit the individual requirements of each client and property. Offering an efficient and effective service that property owners can trust, we take a proactive interest to asset management in every development, our goal being to not only maintain but enhance property value wherever possible. A key feature of Centrick's unique approach is that we are able to offer a dedicated caretaker service that other property management companies do not provide. With this management service, day-to-day cleaning and maintenance works are not outsourced. Instead each development has its own dedicated 'caretaker' who takes personal ownership of both ongoing maintenance issues and, when necessary, subcontractor quality to ensure developments are always kept to an exceptionally high standard.
