Steven B. Gruber is a Managing Partner of Oak Hill Capital Partners, a multi-billion private equity firm, and has been a part of the firm since 1990. Mr. Gruber is Chairman of Oak Hill’s Investment Committee and serves on the boards of a number of companies in which the firm is an investor. While at Oak Hill, Mr. Gruber was a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Insurance Partners, LP.
Prior to joining Oak Hill, He was a Managing Director and Co-Head of High Yield Securities at Lehman Brothers and a Managing Director of its merchant banking group, as well as a member of its Investment Committee.
Steven received his B.A. in History from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
