Children's Cancer Institute
Kian Chung Chok is a PhD student and doctoral researcher at the Children's Cancer Institute since September 2022, focusing on pediatric cancer research. Previously, Kian worked as a research assistant at the International Medical University from December 2019 to July 2021, contributing to projects involving cancer cell culture and various assays, as well as manuscript writing and statistical analysis. Prior experience includes internships at Life Care Diagnostic Medical Center and A*STAR - Agency for Science, Technology and Research, where Kian gained skills in diagnostic testing and molecular biology techniques, respectively. Kian holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences (Honours) from IMU University and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Paediatrics Cancer at UNSW.
