Shelley Grant Smith

Shelley Grant Smith currently serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at Choreo since February 2025. Previously, Shelley held the position of Head of People for North America at Thoughtworks from May 2024 to February 2025. As Chief People Officer at Movement Mortgage from September 2022 to November 2023, Shelley was instrumental in the HR strategy for a major mortgage organization with significant volume and numerous employees. Shelley's extensive HR experience includes roles at TIAA from 2014 to 2022, where responsibilities spanned from Vice President of Business Area HR Leader to HR Business Partner, contributing to significant sales growth. Additional experience includes strategic HR management at Bank of America and Pepsi Beverages Company, as well as early career roles at RWD Technologies and Hyatt Hotels. Shelley holds a Master's degree in Organizational Development and Strategic HR from The Johns Hopkins University, a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources & Business Management from the University of Maryland, and a certificate in HR Strategy from Cornell University.
