Conrad Taylor

Advisor at Cicero Group

Conrad Taylor is the product of hard-earned lessons learned in his more than 35 years of management, strategic planning, operations, marketing, and sales experience. He currently works advising C-level senior executives on strategy and implementation methods. Conrad has held a number of senior roles with companies across many industries, most recently working as CEO of Film Fabricators, a large, privately-owned packaging manufacturer. He is the author of an award-winning memoir, PATH to FREEDOM: My Story of Perseverance, which is on display at The Smithsonian Institute’s Anacostia Library as a reference on the history and culture of black people in the Western Hemisphere. The story recounts his upbringing in a remote mining town in Guyana, South America, and details how it prepared him for West Point at the height of the Vietnam War. Conrad holds a Master’s degree from the Sloan School of Management at MIT and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
