John Ebner

John Ebner is currently an advisor at Circumference Group, a consulting firm that provides broad ranging strategic and financial consulting services. Prior to Circumference Group, Ebner served as the Chief Financial Officer for Westrock Coffee Holdings, a $700M revenue integrated global coffee and tea provider. Ebner was instrumental in Westrock's acquisition and financing of S&D Coffee & Tea, a $400M public company carve-out. John was also instrumental in the company's refinancing and restructuring caused by the Covid-19 economic contraction. Before their tenure at Westrock Coffee Holdings, Ebner served as the Chief Financial Officer for WESTROCK GROUP LLC, a private family office investment firm for the Ford family of Little Rock, Arkansas. Ebner also served as the Chief Financial Officer for Westrock Asset Management, an alternative asset management firm that they launched with almost $100M in AUM. In addition to their experience as a Chief Financial Officer, Ebner has also worked as a consultant for Circumference Group and Interline Brands. John has also served as an assistant to the President at Alltel Information Services and as an Associate in Investment Banking - North American M&A at J.P. Morgan. Ebner began their career as an Analyst in Corporate Finance at Stephens Inc.

John Ebner has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Washington and Lee University.
