Senior Manager, Premium Experience at Citizen

Sasha Rampersaud began their work experience in 2015 as an Editorial Intern at Culture Trip. They then went on to work at Citizen, starting as a Safety Alert Writer in 2016. In this role, Sasha monitored and interpreted data to create real-time public safety reports. They later became a Lead Newsroom Analyst, monitoring real-time data and delegating responsibilities to fellow analysts. Sasha then took on the position of Operations Manager, overseeing the daily operations of Citizen's Central Operations Team and working cross-functionally with other teams to enhance the user experience. In 2020, Sasha became an Expansion Manager, and eventually transitioned into their current role as the Citizen Premium Operations Manager. In this role, they manage a team of safety experts and collaborate with various teams to improve the customer experience and increase revenue.
