Ellis Hancocks

Ellis Hancocks has over eight years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as Resourcing Enablement Lead at CityFibre since October 2019, where efforts focus on attracting top talent to support the mission of a full fibre nation. Previous roles include Talent Attraction & Insight Specialist and Resourcer in Talent Engagement and Channels at CityFibre. Prior experience includes working as a Recruitment Consultant at Venn Group, specializing in contract and interim recruitment within Communications and Marketing, and a Graduate Trainee Manager at De Vere Venues. Ellis also has experience with the University of Essex as an Admissions Frontunner and the British Council as a Language Assistant. Ellis holds a degree in French Studies and Modern Languages from the University of Essex.
