Ryan Berrisford

Ryan Berrisford has over 16 years of experience in customer success and technical support roles within the information technology sector. Currently serving as Lead Customer Success Manager at CityFibre since August 2020, Ryan has also held positions including Information Technology Business Partner and Lead Service Manager. Prior to this, Ryan worked at Entanet from April 2007 to August 2020, taking on various roles such as Service Delivery Manager, Customer Relationship Manager, and Technical Support Manager. Ryan began a career in technology with an apprenticeship at Premier I.T Business Solutions from December 2004 to April 2007. Ryan earned a Foundation degree in Computing from the University of Staffordshire between 2004 and 2007.
