Hanna Gower

Hanna Gower currently serves as the Lead Customer Success Manager at Tines, a role held since April 2022, and has previously been recognized in the Presidents Club for both 2024 and 2025. Prior experience includes positions as a Senior Customer Success Manager and a Customer Success Manager at WhiteSource, as well as a Technical Support Engineer and Team Lead at Epic, where technical services were provided for Cogito Systems. Hanna has also worked as a Senior Program Associate for the Bonner Scholar Program at the University of Richmond, and served as a Tutor and Computer Science Lab Assistant at the same institution. Earlier roles include a Technology Intern at PNC, a Bonner Scholar Volunteer at Thomas H. Henderson Middle School, a Story Map Creator and Protected Resource Team Assistant at NOAA, and a Research Fellow focusing on marine sponges at the University of Richmond. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree from the University of Richmond, completed in 2018.
