Lisa Welborn

Lisa Welborn is an experienced media professional currently serving as the Director of Media Services at Civilian since June 2023, where strategic planning and execution of paid media campaigns are prioritized to drive social change and equity. Previously, Lisa held the position of Head of Media at Eleven, Inc. from October 2017 to November 2024, developing comprehensive media strategies and ensuring integration with creative efforts. Earlier roles include Associate Media Director at Centro, where leadership and development of digital media strategies were key, and Associate Communications Planning Director at Duncan/Channon, overseeing communication planning for various clients. Lisa's career began at OMD USA, where responsibilities ranged from managing significant client billings to supervising integrated media strategies for major brands. Lisa earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from San Diego State University.
