David Rifkind

As Chief Legal Officer, David is responsible for commercial, compliance and litigation management, transactions, as well as oversight of data privacy, protection and security initiatives. David brings over 30 years of legal experience in business and corporate transactions in highly regulated industries such as life sciences chemicals.

Prior to joining dMed-Clinipace, David was Senior Corporate Counsel at Avantor, a life sciences chemicals manufacturing and distribution company, where some of his key responsibilities included maintaining FDA compliance, developing integration tools for major acquisitions and closing high value commercial contracts. Prior to Avantor, David held executive-level legal and compliance roles in several large manufacturing and distribution organizations, including General Electric, Fisher Clinical Services, Brenntag North America and Buzzi Unicem. He brings substantial and extensive experience advising senior leadership on the most intricate regulatory compliance, corporate governance, business transactions and high stakes litigation matters.
