Prior experience includes a role as Customer Success Manager at EverCompliant and various positions at Verint, including Product Manager of Internal Tools and PMO for Communications & Cyber Intelligence Solutions from April 2011 to November 2017. Ilona began a career at Amdocs, working as PMO from August 2003 to April 2011. Educational credentials include a UX designer degree from john Bryce in 2015 and a degree in Public Relations and Advertising from RGC from 2007 to 2009.
