Eileen Burnett-Kant

Eileen Burnett-Kant is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive leadership experience across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at CLP since September 2019, Eileen previously held the position of Group Executive Human Resources at Orica, overseeing HR for over 12,000 employees globally. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Manager of People and Communications at Jetstar Airways, providing HR and corporate relations to a workforce of 5,000, and GM HR for Supermarket Operations at Coles Group, where HR services were delivered to 90,000 employees. Eileen also contributed to Coles Group as GM Operations Planning and Business Transformation Manager, focusing on supply chain and operational improvements. Earlier in the career at McKinsey & Company, Eileen provided strategy and operations consulting across various sectors. Eileen holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School and an MEng with Distinction from the University of Strathclyde.
