Louis Mandaroux

Louis MANDAROUX is an experienced IT professional with a significant background in service delivery and infrastructure management. Currently serving as the Head of Infrastructure Services at CMA CGM since December 2021, Louis oversees large-scale outsourcing contracts and ensures the scalability of capacity to meet customer demands. Prior to this role, Louis spent a decade at McCormick & Company, where responsibilities included serving as IT Director for Service Delivery, managing IT services according to service level agreements, and overseeing regional business relationship management across EMEA and Southern Europe. Earlier experience includes tenure as IT Operations Manager and IT Analyst at CAPL, focusing on system and network engineering.
