Justin Hietala

Justin Hietala has been working in the data science field since 2015. Justin began their career as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Minnesota in 2015. In 2016, they moved to Quantum Retail Technology as a Senior Data Scientist. In 2019, they joined Cognira as a Senior Data Scientist and was later promoted to Head of Data Science.

Justin Hietala holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Experimental High-Energy Physics from the University of Minnesota and a Master's Degree in Physics from the University of Chicago.
