Amanda Weedman MBA, CCMP, SHRM-CP currently serves as Program Manager for Global Talent Acquisition at Cognizant, where responsibilities include implementing a global Behavioral-Based Interviewing framework for Director-level roles to enhance hiring objectivity and align with leadership competencies. Previously, Amanda held various roles at Goodwin Recruiting, including Senior Recruiter & Client Success Manager, where contributions included developing a leadership development program and improving client portfolio management. Amanda's earlier experience includes positions at Signet, culminating in the role of District Manager for the Design & Service Division, overseeing multiple business units. Amanda holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Harding University, a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Murray State University, and is an Accredited Jewelry Professional from the Gemological Institute of America.
