Scot Morris

Scot Morris is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in appraisal review and valuation. Currently serving as a Senior Director at Colliers since November 2013, Scot has a strong background in litigation support and expert witness services, alongside proficiency in researching and writing appraisal reports that summarize comparable market sales and leases. Previously at Aviva Canada as a Commercial Lines Underwriter and at Domicile Developments as a Condominium Sales Representative, Scot also has experience as a Financial Clerk with the Canadian Medical Protective Association. Scot holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from the University of Toronto, obtained between 2007 and 2010.
