Geoffrey Carr has held various positions at Colony Hardware since September 2011, progressing from Operations Manager to Regional General Manager for New York/New Jersey. Responsibilities have included managing teams for order fulfillment, overseeing operations at a new branch following the acquisition of Universal Fasteners and Supply, and gaining extensive training in sales and warehouse operations. Prior experience includes serving as Store Manager at Cold Stone, where employee training and vendor relations were key duties, and working in sales at Vector, developing skills in face-to-face sales techniques. Geoffrey Carr earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Southern Connecticut State University and previously attended Western New England University for a year pursuing the same degree.
