Tomasz Balcerak

Tomasz Balcerak is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in product management and network engineering. Currently serving as a Mobile and Fixed Core Product Manager at Comarch Telecommunications since March 2019, Tomasz has successfully introduced LTE/EPC and 5GC objects in the Comarch OSS. Previous roles include Mobile & Fixed Core Product Owner and Analyst within the Telecommunication OSS Business Unit. Prior to joining Comarch, Tomasz worked at Orange Polska where responsibilities included managing signaling supervision systems and network and service platforms management. Additional experience includes managerial positions at Orange/TPSA and Telekomunikacja Polska, contributing to high-profile projects and forums in the telecommunications sector. Educational qualifications comprise a Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Silesian University of Technology and postgraduate studies in Management of Telecommunication Networks at the National Institute of Telecommunications.
