Jessie Downing has extensive experience in security and loss prevention within the banking and retail sectors. Currently employed at Commerce Bank as a Fraud Specialist II and previously in Physical Security and Safety since July 2012, Jessie has developed a strong expertise in fraud detection and prevention. Prior roles include Loss Prevention Manager at Kmart Corporation, Area Loss Prevention Lead at Sears Holdings Corporation, and various positions at United Missouri Bank and Asset Protection & Solutions. Jessie holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice with a focus on Cyber Crimes Investigations from Colorado Technical University, along with certifications in Basic Interviewing & Interrogation from Wicklander-Zulawski and an Associate Degree in Human Resources Management from Ashworth College.
