In this role, they focused on buy-outs of UK businesses in the business services, TMT, and consumer sectors. Paul later joined Esendex as a Non-Executive Director, representing Darwin Private Equity and leading the long-term buy & build plan. Paul also served as a Non-Executive Director at Euroffice Ltd. Currently, they are working as the Chief Strategy Officer at Commify, where they are responsible for leading the company's long-term strategy, including M&A activities.
