Community Action Marin
Erika Acosta is an experienced workforce development professional currently serving as the Workforce Development Manager and previously as the Workforce Development Coordinator at Community Action Marin since May 2022. Prior to this role, Erika held various positions including Foster Youth Education Liaison and After School Site Supervisor at Napa County Office of Education from July 2014 to May 2022. Additional experience includes KEDS Program Manager at Napa Emergency Women's Services, Home Visitor at Cope Family Center, Social Work Assistant and Caregiver at Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos™, and Resident Services Coordinator at Community Housing Opportunities Corporation from 2008 to 2010. Erika Acosta earned a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from California State University-Sacramento, completing studies in 2007.
