Kelsey Poole is an accomplished Claims Analyst at Computershare, with a strong background in claims processing and quality control since June 2016. Concurrently, Kelsey serves as a Special Events Assistant for Community Action Marin, promoting energy savings to diverse communities. Previous roles include Bilingual Volunteer at SOS Outreach, where Kelsey facilitated program access for Spanish-speaking families, and Volunteer Coordinator at Project MANA, overseeing volunteer activities.
