Jeff Logan

Jeff Logan, MPH, CPHQ, FACHE, is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in quality management and improvement. Currently serving as Vice President of Quality at Community Health System since April 2013, Logan has previously held significant roles, including Director of Quality at the California Hospital Association and various leadership positions focused on performance management and quality improvement at institutions such as NorthBay Healthcare and Saint Agnes Medical Center. In addition to operational roles, Logan has contributed to the academic field as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Phoenix and National University, specializing in healthcare management, public health, and informatics. Logan's educational background includes a Master of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Health Science, both from California State University, Fresno.
