Jack van Arsdale

Jack Van Arsdale is an experienced legal and compliance executive, currently serving as Chief Legal Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at COMPLY since April 2025. Prior roles include General Counsel at 360training and Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Diligent Corporation, where significant achievements included overseeing 25 M&A transactions, scaling annual recurring revenue from $15 million to $600 million, and managing international legal operations. Jack also served as Data Protection Officer, ensuring compliance with GDPR and global privacy laws. Other notable positions include leadership roles at Brainloop, where Jack contributed to secure collaboration solutions, and previous legal advisory roles at Bishop Jackson & Kelly, LLC, and Wolff & Samson PC.
