Zack Mertz

Zack Mertz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer operations and design within the technology and architecture sectors. Currently serving as VP of Customer Operations and VP of Design and Production at Concept3D Inc. since 2006, Zack has been instrumental in the company’s growth and has developed a skilled team in the Minnesota office. Prior to Concept3D, Zack worked as a SketchUp Trainer from 2002 to 2006, conducting approximately 400 software trainings and 150 demonstrations across the United States and internationally. Additionally, Zack provided 3D modeling consulting services at ZZM Axis, creating 3D models for architectural firms. Zack holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Minnesota.
