Carlos Martinez has extensive work experience in the advertising industry. Carlos served as the President of Conill Advertising from 2008 to the present. Prior to that, they held the position of EVP, General Manager at Conill from 2002 to 2007. In addition, Carlos worked at Badillo Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi, where they were the SVP, Group Manager from 1992 to 2002 and an Account Director from 1985 to 1992. Carlos also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Universidad Del Sagrado Corazon from 2000 to 2002.

Carlos Martinez earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from Universidad de Puerto Rico, a public research university, for the duration of 1977 to 1981. Following this, from 1982 to 1983, they pursued a Master's degree in Media Ecology at New York University.
