Lauren Marsden, M.Ed., BCBA, currently serves as the Quality Care Manager at Connec-to-Talk, LLC since September 2021. Previous positions include Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Alternative Behavior Strategies Inc. from May 2020 to October 2021 and BCBA and ABA Consultant at Carolina Coast Behavioral Services, LLC from May 2017 to May 2020. Lauren Marsden has extensive experience in conducting assessments, program development, and supervision of therapists and technicians. Earlier roles included BCaBA and ABA Lead Therapist, as well as ABA Line Therapist at Carolina Coast Behavioral Services, where significant contributions involved direct behavioral therapies for children. Lauren Marsden holds a Master of Education in Behavior Analysis from the University of Cincinnati and additional qualifications from the Florida Institute of Technology and College of Charleston.

Founders Jennifer Basch and Nika Williams share a passion for delivering a higher level of quality care to children and families touched by ASD.
