Senior Banking Product Operations Analyst

Job description

The Role At Constantinople we see our product operations group as a critical component of the overall banking proposition. This is not your typical customer support role, we are building a highly integrated end to end banking experience that automates most customer touch points, you will get involved in high value interactions and be supported by world class tooling. When you do find unsupported edge cases that require manual intervention we want you to work with our engineering teams to either remove the root cause or automate the resolution.

What You’ll Do

  • Define, document and implement day-to-day banking, product, financial crime and fraud operation processes
  • Deep understanding of end-to end banking capabilities, processes, obligations, risks and controls to initiate and drive continuous improvement across banking and product operations teams
  • Domain expert in a range of financial services areas such as payments, lending, transaction banking processes
  • Problem-solving to resolve issues through root cause analysis to then work with our engineering teams to improve customer experience
  • Monitor our application stack to identify potential issues before they impact our customers
  • Be constantly on the look out for opportunities to improve the overall customer experience

Who You Are

  • Experience of frontline customer support in a highly technical environment along with prior experience with banking proposition
  • Proven experience in documenting processes using banking process standards
  • Strong verbal and written communications
  • A multi tasker and problem solver, who takes responsibility of issues until they’re resolved
  • A builders mindset who is continually looking to improve upon the status quo
  • Experience of support tooling such as Storybook, Salesforce, Splunk, etc.
