Jenna Lindberg has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Jenna started their career as a Public Relations Intern at Instituto Profesional AIEP in 2007. Jenna then worked as a University Ambassador at USC Visitor's Center from 2006 to 2009. In 2009, Jenna interned as a Marketing Intern at Moore School of Business at USC. Jenna then joined Intrax Cultural Exchange as a Program Coordinator from 2009 to 2010 and later became the Manager of Sales and Program Operations from 2010 to 2011.

In 2011, Jenna joined Apple Inc. as the Executive Relations for LATAM & EMEA, where they worked until 2013. Jenna then transitioned to Eventbrite as an Account Manager from 2013 to 2015. During their time at Eventbrite, they also took on the role of Senior Account Manager and contributed to building and training account management teams globally.

In 2016, Jenna started working at Mixpanel as a Senior Customer Success Manager, focusing on enterprise clients. Jenna later became the Team Lead, Strategic Customer Success, responsible for Mixpanel's strategic accounts and the launch of their EMEA office. In 2019, Jenna took on the role of EMEA Team Lead, Account Management, where they led a team to increase adoption and retention with strategic clients in Europe and the Middle East. Jenna then joined Contentsquare in 2020 as the Manager of Customer Success for Northern Europe and later progressed to the role of Senior Manager, Strategic Customer Success. Currently, Jenna is the Director of Customer Success at Contentsquare.

Throughout their career, Jenna has demonstrated a strong customer focus, built successful teams, and achieved exceptional results in driving growth and retention for their organizations.

Jenna Lindberg has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of South Carolina. Jenna majored in Public Relations and had minors in Spanish Language and International Business. In 2006, they participated in a summer study program at the Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnología to improve their Spanish language skills. In 2008, they attended the Universidad Pública de Navarra, focusing on International Business and Viticulture. Jenna Lindberg has also obtained several certifications, including Analysis Fundamentals and Digital Accessibility Ambassador Certification from Contentsquare in 2020, and the Customer Centric Selling Course from CustomerCentric Selling® in 2019.
