Beth Steinberg

Beth Steinberg is a highly experienced advisor and founder, currently serving in multiple advisory roles across various organizations including X, Borderless AI, Seekeasy, Contra, Menlo Ventures, and PeopleTech Partners. As the founder of Mensch Ventures, established in 2016, Beth focuses on enhancing company culture and addressing talent and organizational development challenges for growing companies and nonprofits. Beth also contributes as a council member for CNBC Workforce Executive Council and provides expertise in talent and people operations for Felicis Ventures. In addition to extensive professional experience, Beth holds degrees in psychology from San Jose State University and has completed executive education at Harvard Business School and the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
