Beatriz Souto has accumulated extensive experience in customer experience and communication roles. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Experience Analyst at Cora since August 2021, Beatriz has progressed through various positions including Pleno Customer Experience Analyst and Analista de CX Jr. Prior experience includes a customer success role at Agenciou! and pivotal communication leadership roles at FEJEPE, where Beatriz held the position of Vice Presidente de Comunicação and served as an Assessora de comunicação. Additionally, Beatriz contributed as Head de Conexões at Brasil Júnior, focusing on connecting junior companies for enhanced market solutions. Earlier in the career, Beatriz was the Diretora de Marketing at Ciclo Consultoria. Beatriz holds a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco, completed in September 2021.
