James has 20 years’ experience in semiconductors, electronics R&D, and product design. He has worked with companies such as Ericsson Mobile, Stratus, and LSI, as well as innovative start-ups Massana Design and Redmere Technologies. Most recently he was Director responsible for electronics systems design at 3D printer manufacturer Mcor Technologies.
He holds a Batchelors Degree in Computer Engineering and a Research Masters in print electronics, both from the University of Limerick, and holds 7 international patents.
