Yoann Lage

Yoann Lage is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Director of Engineering at CorrosionRADAR since March 2018, with roles including Head of Engineering and Analytics, Product Owner, and Senior Product Development Manager. Previously, Yoann held the position of Structural Monitoring Engineer at Mistras Group Ltd, leading a technical team in developing Acoustics Emission Monitoring systems. Prior experience includes working as an R&D Project Manager at TWI, focusing on innovative solutions in Condition and Structural Monitoring, and as an R&D Engineer at CEiiA, where the focus was on improving cabin noise environments. Yoann holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, where significant research was conducted on force identification and transmissibility in complex systems, alongside experience in gigacycle and rolling contact fatigue research. Educational background includes a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the same institution.
