Matthew Pylypciw

Matthew Pylypciw currently serves as a Professional Staff Member for the U.S. House of Representatives within the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence since June 2021. Additionally, since June 2022, Pylypciw has been a Term Member at the Council on Foreign Relations. In parallel, Pylypciw is a Portfolio Analyst and Chief of the Cross Domain Integration Branch in the U.S. Air Force Reserve, a role held since September 2018. Prior experience includes positions at the National Reconnaissance Office, where Pylypciw worked as an Acquisition Program Manager and Executive Officer to the Principal Deputy Director from July 2018 to June 2021. Pylypciw's career began in the United States Air Force, serving in various capacities from July 2009 to September 2018, including Executive Officer to the Principal Deputy Director at NRO and Payload Project Manager. Pylypciw holds a Bachelor of Science from Penn State University, a Master of Public Management, and a Graduate Certificate in Federal Acquisitions Management from the University of Maryland.
