Walter Berbrick

Walter Berbrick is an accomplished analyst and educator with extensive experience in military and intelligence operations, as well as foreign policy. Currently serving as an Analyst at Netsimco since September 2023 and a Term Member at the Council on Foreign Relations since January 2019, Walter previously ran for Congress in Rhode Island's 1st Congressional District, leading a team to raise $200,000 for grassroots initiatives. Walter's career includes notable roles such as Professor and Director at the Naval War College, where leadership of military and academic teams led to the production of over 60 classified reports, and serving as Senior Arctic Policy Adviser to the Secretary of the Navy, where a groundbreaking Arctic strategy was developed.
