About the Role

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the growth of our B2B business by driving brand awareness and lead generation, optimizing existing digital marketing campaigns, identifying and launching new campaigns to drive growth, and leveraging analytics to create actionable insights.

What will your day look like? You will...

  • Partner with key stakeholders to grow our B2B business
  • Test and scale new channels including paid media, display ads, re-targeting, native content, ATL and programmatic advertising
  • Coordinate and run tests to optimize our existing paid media channels
  • Create cross-platform analytical reports and leverage data within our CRM to create actionable insights to grow the business
  • Manage weekly and monthly executive-level reporting
  • Use marketing analytics to identify/modify and create/adjust campaign strategy and execution
  • Manage digital marketing budget in line with plan and targets

To help us level up, you'll ideally have:

  • Expertise in running awareness and lead-generation campaigns on LinkedIn is critical
  • Growth marketing for B2B brands: 5+ years growth/digital marketing experience
  • HubSpot or other CRM experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully execute and scale growth marketing campaigns
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships with various teams e.g. Sales, Account Management, Design, Product, Legal/Compliance
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading multiple projects
  • Impeccable follow-up skills working cross-functionally with a global team
  • Strong analytical background with a keen attention to detail
  • Highly organized and independent; able to overcome barriers and blockers to achieve goals
  • A growth mindset and excitement for learning new skills

It would be a bonus if you have experience with

  • Data, SQL, Excel, HTML, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, and Tableau
  • Previous work experience within a high-growth startup, scaleup, agency, or other dynamic and fast-paced work environments
