here’s what will be in store for you at CRED once you join the team.

what will you do:

  • tool and system enhancement: collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve operational tools, systems, and dashboards, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the business
  • program & project management : program manage the onboarding of new lines of business into operations through thorough planning, project management, and performance metrics evaluation. assist in the planning and execution of cross-functional projects, ensuring that operations are aligned with business goals and timelines are met
  • data analysis and reporting: analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. prepare and present detailed reports to stakeholders, providing actionable insights
  • performance monitoring: track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of operations, conducting root cause analysis where necessary to address issues
  • stakeholder management: work closely with stakeholders across different departments to understand their needs and ensure that operational processes support their objectives
  • people management : will be managing and mentoring a small team of analyst

you should apply if you:

  • possess at least 3-6 years of experience in operations program management
  • prior experience in fintech or payment processing
  • proficiency in data analysis tools and software
  • have the ability to think both strategically and tactically and to drive execution
  • excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • experience with process improvement methodologies
  • experience in leading cross-functional projects, particularly those focused on process improvements and operational efficiency
