Samiran Roy is a data scientist with extensive experience in data sciences and technology entrepreneurship. Currently at CRED since December 2020, Samiran previously co-founded TildeHat from November 2019 to December 2020 and served as Senior Lead Data Sciences at Envestnet | Yodlee between July 2017 and November 2019. Early career experience includes a lead role in data sciences and an internship at Scilab Enterprises, where image processing algorithms were reverse engineered for a toolbox in C++. Samiran holds a Master of Technology in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology, Delhi.
