Rick Floyd

Rick Floyd is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in developing and executing effective marketing strategies within the mortgage industry. Currently serving as the Regional Marketing Manager at CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC since September 2021, Rick collaborates with senior leaders to design impactful marketing campaigns and manage regional budgets. As the Principal Owner of Floydesign since January 2020, Rick provides creative services for various marketing initiatives. Previous roles include Marketing Assistant and Senior Graphic Designer at Peoples Home Equity, and a series of progressive positions at Summit Funding, Eagle Home Mortgage, and Pinnacle Mortgage Group, where responsibilities encompassed brand management, advertising, and sales collateral creation. Rick holds an Associate of Arts degree in Design and Visual Communications from Platt College-Los Angeles.
