Dada Richards

Dada Richards currently serves as the Sales Development Team Lead and SMB Account Executive at Crunchbase, responsible for managing teams of up to 16 sales development representatives while consistently exceeding personal quotas. Since joining Crunchbase in June 2021, Dada has achieved significant milestones, including maintaining over 25 consecutive months of 150%+ individual quota attainment and earning the 2022 Presidents Club distinction. Prior to Crunchbase, Dada held various roles at Enterprise from July 2018 to June 2021, where leadership, sales drive, and customer service were key responsibilities. Dada's career began as a Claims Processor and Service Representative at Allstate from February 2015 to July 2018. Dada holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from New Mexico State University and an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Diablo Valley College.
