Emily Demeter has been Cumberland Heights’ Benefits Coordinator since 2006, helping employees navigate insurance, medical leave, and 401k options. And yes, she loves it! Emily has always wanted to use her talents at a mission-drive organization, so when she saw the opening for this position, she jumped at it. Emily says the most rewarding part of her job is helping staff navigate important life events so they can focus on delivering top notch care to their patients.
