About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist with expertise in Job Adder software and Temp Express plugin to manage a casualized workforce within the business. This role involves end-to-end recruitment of residential property managers and other short-term hires. If you have experience in the property industry and understand property management roles, this will be highly valued.
The ideal candidate is someone who can effectively manage a Temporary Recruitment Desk, handling employees for short-term assignments covering leave. You should be proactive, fast-paced, and professional, ensuring compliance with all necessary licenses and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates for residential property management roles and other short-term assignments.
- Temporary Recruitment Desk Management: Oversee workforce placement for short-term roles, ensuring smooth transitions and quick fulfillment of vacancies.
- Job Adder & Temp Express Expertise: Use the Job Adder recruitment platform and Temp Express plugin to advertise roles, manage candidate pipelines, and coordinate job placements.
- Reverse Marketing: Strategically match candidates to client needs and proactively market top talent to potential employers.
- Workforce Compliance Management: Ensure candidate licenses, driver’s licenses, property management registrations, work rights (visa, proof of right to work in Australia), and other certifications are valid and up to date.
- Calendar & Talent Pool Management: Utilize Temp Express to manage employee assignments, shifts, and availability effectively.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients and candidates within a specialized talent pool to ensure long-term workforce stability.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years end-to-end Recruitment process, preferably in the property management sector.
- Strong knowledge of Job Adder software and its Temp Express plugin.
- Proven experience in temporary and casual workforce recruitment in Australia is a strong advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes efficiently with a high level of professionalism and urgency.
- Experience with property management roles and understanding of the real estate industry is highly desirable.
- Strong advertising and marketing skills to attract top talent and engage potential clients.
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy and quality in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, ensuring all licenses, visas, and work documents are consistently monitored and updated.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be willing to work full-time in the office located at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City.
