John Tsang is a prominent researcher and educator currently serving as a tenured Professor of Immunobiology and Biomedical Engineering at Yale University and the Founding Director of the Yale Center for Systems and Engineering Immunology since September 2022. In addition, John Tsang is the Yale Lead for the Chan Zuckerberg Biohub New York and an Investigator within the Chan Zuckerberg Biohub Network. John Tsang holds advisory roles at ImmunoScape and CytoReason while maintaining an adjunct investigator position at the National Institutes of Health (NIH). There, John Tsang previously served as Co-Director of the NIH Center for Human Immunology and has extensive experience in systems and quantitative immunology, human immunology, and single-cell modeling. John Tsang completed a PhD in Biophysics from Harvard University and a PhD in Systems Biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
