Leon Bezdikian

Leon Bezdikian serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at d-Matrix, where a strong focus on generative AI drives technological innovation. In addition to this role, Bezdikian operates a consulting practice, Bezdikian & Associates, which supports organizations from start-up phases to IPO/M&A by establishing scalable HR functions. An adjunct professor at the University of California, Santa Cruz since 2010, Bezdikian has held various senior HR positions across multiple technology firms, including Vice President roles at Splashtop Inc., Countsy, Eta Compute, TDK/InvenSense, Marvell/Inphi, and Lattice Semiconductor/SiBEAM. Bezdikian holds a BA in Economics from the University of California, Davis, and an MA in Theology from Santa Clara University.
