Matthew Glynn

Matthew Glynn, P.Eng., ENV SP, currently serves as a Project Manager at Halifax Regional Municipality, overseeing the implementation of various projects, including the $110 million Forum Re-Development project. Prior experience includes roles as Clean Energy Specialist and Program Engineer in Development Engineering, where responsibilities involved stakeholder engagement, project oversight, and engineering approvals. Matthew's background encompasses a range of positions in engineering planning, project management, and teaching roles in both Canada and abroad, alongside a solid educational foundation with degrees from Dalhousie University and Saint Mary's University in Civil Engineering and Biology. Matthew is also a certified yoga teacher, focusing on stress relief and healthy body mechanics.
