Lynn Descalzo

Lynn DeScalzo is an experienced Inclusion and Diversity Manager at Darden since May 2019, where strategies and initiatives have been developed to foster an inclusive environment for over 190,000 team members across 10 restaurant brands. Prior experience includes serving as Menu Production Manager for LongHorn Steakhouse, where Lynn oversaw the industry's most complex menu merchandising system for more than 580 locations. Lynn also has a rich background in the printing industry, having owned Fineline Printing & Graphics and held various roles, including Director of Operations and Art Director. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Central Florida, supplemented by studies at Edinburgh College of Art and Florence University of the Arts.
